These terms govern your use of the Salah Ceylon mobile app, published by NerdCody ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

The app

Salah Ceylon provides Sri Lanka prayer time schedules (sourced from ACJU), athan notifications, and the Raheek Al-Makhtoom audio series. The app is provided free of charge, with no in-app purchases or subscriptions.

Accuracy of prayer times

Prayer times are sourced from ACJU (All Ceylon Jamiyyathul Ulama) published schedules. While we take care to keep this data accurate and up to date, we cannot guarantee it is error-free at all times. For matters of religious obligation, please verify against your local mosque or ACJU's official schedule where precision matters most to you.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app — including attempting to disrupt, reverse engineer for malicious purposes, or use the service in a way that could harm us or other users.

Content

The Raheek Al-Makhtoom audio content is provided for personal, non-commercial listening within the app.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NerdCody is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including reliance on prayer time data.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
